Elemomni Colony(Elementian Empire)

Elemomni
It is here that the five true nations of Elementia,
Our mother world, meet in unison under one banner, Elemomni.
One Hundred foot high walls of thick, Dwarven crafted stone, re-enforced with Elementian-Steel that has the strength and durability of mithril surround the city. Ten meter tall, bridged sentry towers manned at all times, line the walls at 40 meter intervals, trading shifts once every twelve hours with another file of Elite Civilian Soldiers that both constantly observe the land, and man cannons of Elvish make that line the ramparts; some of them powered by the nigh infernal flames of pyromancers, others by water benders. Each district has its own main gate forged from the famous Elementian steel Forges. Gate A leads into District Wateria named after Typhoon, the Elemental God of Water. Gate B leads into District Fira, named for S`hevner the Elemental God of Fire. Gate C, otherwise known as Gaia, leads to Earthron, named for the Elemental Goddess of Earth, and last but not least Gate D known as Eshe, after the Elemental Goddess of Air leads to the District of Aeros. All four districts surround and connect with the central district of Elos. Each District unique to the other, but all united in the octogonian offspring Kingdom of Elemomni.
Wateria
A district of merchants an inns, where many commoners and foreigners go to seek their fortune selling weapons, jewelry, spices, apparel and more. Stalls and tents line the streets, outnumbering the inns two to one. Blue banners of the finest make whip in the wandering wind over the walk-ways, bearing the Oroborous symbol in homage Elos. Many civilian homes also populate this district; ranging from farmers, to merchants, to even the district Jarl, whoever that might be at the time. A well trained Civilian Police presence regularly patrols the region with several barracks dotting the area in effort to dishearten thieves who may attempt to prey upon any resident or patron with coin. Shatter proof glass columns continuously pump flowing streams of highly pressurized water throughout the district providing irrigation, sewage, an even water for house hold usage. This network also provides for the rest of Elemomni; from the farms in Earthron and to the Mines of Fira.
Wateria partially got its name due to the vast aquifer beneath this part of the city, but also due to the fact that the main purification plant resides just above it in the undercity. Water benders and manipulators keep the Dwarven systems tuned and perpetual as they were meant to be, and train for years just to work in this most coveted, well-guarded, and well-paid of positions.
Fira
This district is one of the more unique regions of Elemomni, due to being semi-cut off from the others by a thick, dual chambered wall filled with well-guarded doorways big enough to accommodate large vehicles. Science, logic, and hard work are the credo of this district. One notices upon entering Fira that the air is quite heavy, thicker even… though well circulated by a filtration system worked by Air benders and manipulators in the Aero main control center. A complex network of fans continuously pump the pollution from the air and take it through a web of insulated pipes, filtrating and then returning it to the surface via louvered ventilation ducts mounted on posts throughout the district. An immense triple layered, transparent shield covers the entirety of Fira in order to keep the pollution, and even noise, from spreading to the other districts; everything is recycled, nothing wasted. There are three major mines with each one possessing unique ores and precious gems as well as general building supplies, then there are the fabled recreations of the Burning Land's of Elementia forges where the citizens of the district craft swords, firearms and all sorts of unique weapons and armor. Fifty foot tall towers belch pollution from the forges alongside rows and rows of similar stacks from immense factories that shape and make everything from building materials to weaponry, to certain types of household goods. It is however, the smiths that ultimately craft everything. Blacksmiths, Gunsmiths, Whitesmiths, Stonemasons and the like line walk-ways hosting red banners promoting the Oroborous seal above each opening. Homes, Taverns and barracks for miners and other workers also take up space throughout the district, and like Wateria a home in honor of the Jarl of the time.
Fira can be considered the heart of the kingdom’s wealth and production.
Earthron
A vast, and supremely calming presence pervades the district as soon as one enters, as if Gaia herself is constantly present. It is hard to miss the huge statues in the likeness of Gaia, the Goddess of Earth at either end and just taller than the dividing walls themselves; A giant Tyrannosaurus Rex of stone and crystal with a protruding horn above her nose and eyes crafted from what seem to be crude diamonds. Temples dot the landscape throughout the district with the sigils of each god or goddess they represent in front of them. The temple of Typhoon, the Water God rises in a square of solid blue marble surrounded by many columns of thick, reinforced glass shaped to look like ice with a giant sea serpent of crystal the color of water in front of the shrine in a huge fountain that perpetually showers water over his form. The temple dedicated to S`hevner, the God of Fire, is a massive structure shaped from what seems to be riveted iron and cobblestone with columns of the same robust glass as the others, but colored and fashioned into tridents of flame. A third temple far more simple and not as large as the rest, rises in pure stone, with carpets of grass and flowers, and columns shaped from stone in the form of fists with a miniature representation of Gaia in each. A fourth and final temple, more lavish than the rest, hovers above the ground via columns of conjured air. Pink marble steps lead to incredibly ornate temple doors of precious metals and gems, framed by solid pink marble. Supple curves and spires flow over the top of the temple like a crown in various hues of pink and gold. The temple is a testament to the Lady Eshe's beauty and her obsession with it. The inside is even more of a sight to behold, with fountains, and ponds, and flowers everywhere, with even birds singing day and sometimes night as a visage of a young, nearly nude, achingly beautiful woman stands in the dead center of the temple.
All but Infra's and Rahama's temples reside in Earthron.
Infra's temple resides in the heart of the Kingdom, within Elos. Rahama's worship is forbidden due to the belief that he is the source of all evil in Elementia.
Aeros
District Aeros can be said to be one of the most unusual and elegant regions of Elemomni, for it is a city borne by the air itself. Elegant tall spires of cream colored flagstone beset with blue roofs resting on conjured clouds and pockets of dimensional instability, where even small islands float amongst them. Nobody really walks from building to building in Aeros. Many long walkways of moving, conjured air move people back and forth between buildings as well as the availability of lighter than air travel. Each building also has its own portal network for the most expedient travel between locations and even between other districts of Elemomni. Gold flags with the Oroborous sigil flutter atop each spire of the Great University of the Magickal Arts in honor of the balance that makes all. Students come from all over the kingdom and lands a far to learn from the great magisters, and many of them continue to live and work in the districts of Elemomni after they graduate.
The land below is almost unusual, for it was the original mine that built the city and has now been terraced for farming and sectioned off for the training of the Civilian police with many training grounds, fortifications and barracks. Groves of trees are everywhere along with every kind of food you can imagine, while in other sections there are grassy fields for the various kinds of animals needed to feed and care for the denizens of Elemomni. Lifts and conveyors purvey the day’s pickings to the teleport system for transportation to the districts of the city for delivery. Some terraced sections are actually stacked on top of each other with pillars to support them. Aeros and the hinterlands truly is a masterpiece of Dwarven engineering.
Elos
The very heart and soul of the city, Elos stands above the rest, surrounded by vast gardens dedicated to each of the other four elements and respective districts, with flora from all over the kingdom and various sub-shrines. Every major gate in the city has a tie here, forming a nexus point known as The Path Of Lights; a whirling orb of all colors and none upon a massive dais of iridescent marble and precious metals. Three roads diverge from this point, one to the judicial branch, one to the legislative branch, and the main road leading to the palace itself. Homes of the Lords and Ladies of Court strategically dot the landscape around a massive palace, temple, and library complex covered in thousands of thin spires and many crystalline domes. All is white stone, gilded with tri-color gold, and mithril, and platinum ornamentation… so white it shines almost like living snow. Each dome radiates different colored energies, depending on placement, that combine to form the great shield of iridescent energy all colors and none that protects the entirety of Elemomni in an impenetrable barrier against all who would come to do harm.
The Main offices of the judicial branch, The Primus Curia, open to the left of The Path of Lights; an almost austere, but none the less impressive building with ponderously huge marble columns around the entire edifice, supporting a huge green crystal dome. One must walk beneath a gigantic marble statue of Justicia Herself, a blindfolded angelic with wings spread wide, who holds the Scales Justice, in order to enter or leave the Primus Curia. Both sub-branches of the judicial branch connect to either side of this grand building as if they have always been there, a part of everything, and united in cause and purpose; the Verietate Concordia with blue dome under the left wing, and the Vox Populi with gold dome under Justicia’s right wing. One cannot help but feel dwarfed and humbled…
The great building of the Council of Facultas simply has no way to be missed on the right hand of The Path Of Lights. Parliament, as it is commonly called, sits behind a grand fountain with statues representing all of the five elements and their respective patrons. Cleverly crafted glass and multi-colored crystal create sprays of light and water play amidst the delicate songs of the spheres and the unity of the gods and goddesses. Five paths A great silver marble building lies behind, surrounded by multitudes of finely crafted and reinforced glass columns built to represent all of the five elements, Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Aether. Five paths, each constructed of the corresponding elemental crystal, lead through the fountain. One each of Emerald, Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, and Topaz, respective to each element, blending into one path before two great jade doors featuring the dragons of the balance itself.
The next progression along the Path Of Lights leads one to a most unusual edifice… both there, and not there, solid, yet not, and made almost completely of light and crystal. To enter Infra’s domain one must pass through the mouth of a giant, transparent, glowing crystal dragon into what lies beyond… The very world around all who so do tends to warp and fold and become swallowed in light and peace and an almost impossible, yet subtle strength. Light becomes solid, solidity becomes light and formlessness. She is ever present and endless. All who enter both see, and are seen from every angle, as She so desires. If she finds you worthy or you have been called to the palace, Infra will open the way, depositing you in the main palace grounds quite suddenly, but only then.

Shirikai walks through the Elos wearing some rather royal garb that he rarely wore he walked with both hand interlocked behind his back he saw people pass by him some looked at him and began to whisper to one another. He thought of the people as annoying creatures as all they do was converse about how a person looked or even some spread rumors about thing that couldn't be true. He sighed and started to think of many ways to approach this and he thought about he could destroy them but that would only lead him into trouble. He then thought of just walking away and ignoring them which was the best option he didn't like it but he kept himself of his father's good side.
He looked at the gates that surrounded the middle area he chuckled at the thought of being at the center of everything figuratively. He thought of the many problems that were happening around in the different districts. He chuckled as he thought of the many people he would soon command after his father would appoint him as High King one day. His facial features then shown a bored expression. “I hate not doing anything.” He had grown bored of the fact that he hadn't been able to fight anyone or anything in awhile but he kept himself in check and continued his walk only glancing at the people who whispered about him.
He looked at the gates that surrounded the middle area he chuckled at the thought of being at the center of everything figuratively. He thought of the many problems that were happening around in the different districts. He chuckled as he thought of the many people he would soon command after his father would appoint him as High King one day. His facial features then shown a bored expression. “I hate not doing anything.” He had grown bored of the fact that he hadn't been able to fight anyone or anything in awhile but he kept himself in check and continued his walk only glancing at the people who whispered about him.

Nikole said not a word as she swiftly moved forward and followed silently behind the prince. Whom she had known for five years now.. Not that she did not like the job. It was something she had wanted to do. Work as a warrior.. Though had she never expected to get a job of the bodyguard. Or to find the prince one who would rather kill than anything. He was quiet the opposite of the woman that followed him. She was a near six foot, her light blonde hair was braided together and pushed off to her right shoulder. Her flesh was soft and round, pink lips and hazel eyes. Nikole was a adverage woman, yet still with the power of wind and water. Her father was a general, a noble.. Who she had not seen for five years. This small framed woman wore steel armor, from the neck down to her boots. It was light and layered like scales, though it did not look like so. Upon her back was a blade made of the strongest material. A katana, with a few runes upon it to make it heat and electric conductent. It was her main blade. That left only a red silk slash upon the hilt flowing through the wind gently.
Nikole took her job seriously, following right behind the prince and keeping a eye on both him and the people who moved out of their way. But as she heard his words, a smal smirk found itself upon her own lips. Speaking up now, yet with respect and gently. "My prince, might I suggest we work our way back and to the sparring room. I can easily provide you with something to do, your majesty." Which she meant a hand to hand combat, Nikole knew he loved to fight. And often found fighting him would help build both their skills and entertainment.

He smiled as he looked to his bodyguard he chuckled at her response about the sparring. He liked the idea of it or would give him something to spare him of this boredom. He chuckled as he thought of it he turned and looked to her and nodded. “That would be much better then this place. Lead the way.” Shirikai said as he gestured for her to lead the way. He had known her for five years and he had trusted her as much as he trusted his father.
He knew she was strong and that's why he looked forward to seeing how she fought. Shirikai was known for his tactical prowess which led to many of his victories. Though his prowess wasn't the best of things because he had no way to stop himself from thinking everything through. He did enjoy what he could do but at the same time it bored him because most of the battles that happened Shirikai had to stand aside and be a spectator. If she started to lead the way He would be following and it could be seen he was thinking rather thoroughly about something and to be honest Shirikai didn't know what he was thinking about either. He had thought himself into his signature freezes where his thought process had completly confused him. He would stop thinking and start scratching his head and sighed as he tried to regather his thoughts.

Nikole smiled even more warmly at the princes words, to even her leading the way. Which she had no trouble doing, shifting in place and beginning those steps forward. Towards that of the castle once more, all while she still kept constant eye for around her and upon the prince. The female could till he was in deep thought, finding he always was in deep thought. This always made her smile more and make her quiet curious as to what he could be thinking about. But none the less, Nikole would guide him safety back. Them towards the training room past the garden and in back. The room was only plain white walls and padding floors. Much better than that of the soldiers training area, which was stone floors. Shirikai followed her and when they reached the training room he smiled as he remembered the multiple times he once sparred in here but those were against smaller and weaker people he once knew. He saw her prepare and he got ready taking off his over coat showing his vest and undershirt underneath he kept his formal pants and shoes on as he felt no hinderance from them. He saw her get into a battle ready stance to which Shirikai smirked and instantanously his mind began to race through thousands of scenarios that could possibly happen he would keep his hands up near his face as to protect himself but instead of attacking he waited for her to strike as he thought about it he charged in he could get countered and get quickly defeated but by remaining in the defensive he could nudge her strength and soon find a flaw in her movements and expose it.
He chuckled and he waved his hand toward himself telling her to come for him. He wasn't too sure about this tactic as it would lead him to take damage and he smiled as the fight was about to start.

Nikole watched the male raise his hands to protect his face. Knowing by the way he had that expression on his face that he was thinking to much once more. It made her laugh softly before charging at a steady pace towards the male. Once in arms length, a quick jab of the left hand was gave towards his abdomen. Her eyes open and alert for any move he made in his own advance. All while keeping a smile upon her lips, thinking to herself as she fought.

Shirikai prepared himself when she started charging at him as she hit him he stayed standing as He continued to keep his guard up to his face. When her attack was done he lowered his head and rushed at her going for straight jabs at her and quickly lowering himself to the ground and sweeping the ground to catch her footing and knock her down if it failed he would jump back tucking down with his arms now covering most of his chest and his face. It could be seen he was tightening his fist and a slight popping sound could be heard. This usually happens with him because he's tightening his muscles in anticipation.
‘Now what to do, what to do?’ Shirikai thought to himself. ‘She's quick and shouldn't remain in her continuous attack. Unlike her I can take a hit but her attacks must quick precise hitting any open areas leaving me vulnerable.’ he thought before smiling and through his arms it could be seen his eyes were wide. ‘Just got to wait for the right moment.’

Nikole frowned as she connected. And don't expect her attack to be nothing, it would be able to knock some of his breath away as she hit his abdomen. But as he leaned his head down to try and rush her, Nikole merely stepped to her left and in a semi circle to watch him charge nothing before sending her left foot towards the back of his skull in his mid rush. Using her speed and flexibility to do so, bring it was unhuman speed and would probably knock the crap out of him if it connected.. Well, not knock him out but daze him. As she did not wish to cause to much damage to the male.

Wasn't surprised that his rush didn't connect he of course was more of a brute and relied upon his strength. He felt the the a foot hit the back of his head and as it hit he fell to a knee as he did his vision blurred up a bit before he stood back up and placed his hand on his head and blinked a bit before turning and looking back at her. He was now feeling the punch to his abdomen he tried ignoring it for a bit but it caught up to him. His breathing began to hitch but a smile never left his face.
He lowered his arms now instead of being defensive he's going for the offensive. He charged forward and as he did he stopped and raised his leg and would bring it down but this could be easily dodged and it would slam into the ground would crack from the sheer force it was apparent he wasn't playing around anymore. ‘just got to keep up with her.’

Nikole stopped and looked at the boy. Watching as he rubbed the back of his head and tried to catch his breath, wondering if he was going to give up. But that smile on his lips told her another story, causing her to smirk once more. As he charged, she got ready. But as he got close, she glided to the right side now, facing him still. His stomp did nothing to effect her. And a right jab would move towards the side of his jaw now, to cause him pain. Of course she was holding back. Nikole did not plan to beat the prince up. Once the flesh connected, she would jump and away from the prince. "My prince, I think we can say I have won this match."

Shirikai saw that she easily dodged his stomp which was understandable even he could have moved out of the way of it was him. He went to look at her but as he did he felt the punch connect with his jaw. Though it was not as bad as the other punch she had delivered before. After the hit he stopped and brushed his mouth and as he did a flame appeared on his fist to which Shirikai smirked before blowing it out. ‘looks like I unintentionally called it.’ Shirikai thought before looking at Swift. “I will admit defeat even I can admit that. If I continued it would be me just trying to catch a fly with my bare hands.” Shirikai said as he spoke honestly he thought about a couple scenerios in his head in ways where he could have won but they required more speed which he did not have.

Nikole stopped and smiled at the Prince as he had spoke. Shifting forward now to offer hand and help the prince up. Her gaze lowering in respect, yet a warm smile of victory upon her own lips. "My prince, do not worry of speed when you have wits and strength. Instead of tanking the hit, you could of punched back till I slipped. Could of reached out and grabbed a hold of me. Never charge the opponent like that. Do you understand what I mean, Prince?"
After she helped him up, the woman would give a slight now then move over to but her armor back onto her frame. Allowing it to scale back up along her curved frame and once more being in full armor, not after did her trusted blade move back onto her back. Not looking at him as her hazel hues gazed at the door to the entry way. Curious if he planned to go to his room, riding or out on the town some more. Her expression one of a serious one before a small smile formed, turning to gaze at the prince.. The one she felt like she babysitted most of the time than guard him. "What shall we do now, My prince?"

He took her hand chuckling to himself. “Look at me getting told by my bodyguard.” He said jokingly but took her lesson to heart as he stood up he grabbed his overcoat and hung it over his arm and looked to her as she put her armor back on. He then turned and looked around until she was finished before slinging the overcoat onto his shoulder. He was thankful to have her as a bodyguard he didn't trust many people to be around him except for her. As she spoke up to him he thought for a moment before thinking about about the fire and which it reminded him of the Fira district.
He sighed before speaking. “Take me somewhere quiet.” He said as he could hear people in the distance and he thought about how annoying creatures they were. He smirked as he remembered his one of his life goals something he wished for before he would die. “Absolute solitude.” He said without knowing. He then remembered the Orb his father spoke of with it he could actually attain the solitude he had wished for but he couldn't not yet.

Nikole couldn't help but smirk at his words, as she helped him up. Once she finished with getting ready, the woman stopped and gazed at the Prince. "Ready to go for a ride and to silence?"
Once he said he was ready, she would give him a smirk and ride off and towards the woods, where no people where. Making sure to keep alert of surroundings and going for some distance. Till a small stream trickled near a empty field, where she she slowed the horse down and jumped off. Leading the horse to the stream so it may drink. He looked to Swift who had told him that she would lead him to a place of silence which he doubted a bit. But he trusted her so he followed her and as he did he would dump his overcoat into a nearby waste bin. After he did he saw that the people weren't even looking at him as he had thought because now he looked almost somewhat like them. More of a normal upper class individual instead of royalty.
When they arrived at the stables and he saw the horses and was somewhat surprised to see that she was going to bring him outside the walls but he followed regardless he wasnt helpless. Nikole watched as the Prince let go of his horse. Quickly moving over to grasp its reins and bring it to the water to drink. She wondered if this was his first time out of the city walls, and if the king was to find out she had took him out of the walls. Punishment was soon to come. But it was worth it, she had to show him more than that of a crowded city.. Nikole often found herself enjoying the quiet as well. When the ground shook, the warrior had to help keep the horses calm as the Prince made himself a throne. Not soon after would she bring them to a tree near some greens and tie the horses reins up. Not tightly, they could tug free if needed but enough to keep them in place. After this was done. Nikole would allow the Prince his time to think and enjoy it.
Silently did she begin walking around the clearing, patrolling and keeping her eyes open for anything that possed a threat. Nikole knew they where a little ways from anyone. Shirikai sat and pondered to himself with closed eyes he could hear the trees sway and the bird chirp and the horses that were nearby. He could even hear Swift if I he listened he chuckled as it was quiet and away from the prying eyes of normal people.
He sighed as he opened his eyes and looked at the arm of his stone throne and gestured with his hand and part of it began to twist and form a small rock flower and then he formed a small fire on his finger that began to stream into the flower making the flower pulse with the fire as if it had veins. He chuckled before speaking up. “Swift tell me do you believe that this world would be much more peaceful if our race left or better yet never existed.”
He would continue regardless of the answer. “My father once saved me from a crazed man who tried to kill me and he showed me many examples of people dying for idiotic reasons that's when I figured out that we as a race are cruel we steal and destroy this peace that I do wish for but to do so it's better for us to be annihilated. Peace between us is impossible though at my strength I cannot do it.” He said as the touched the stone flower and it fall to the ground turning into dust and the fire into smoke.

Nikole would continue her soft tread around the area, not once breaking step or once allowing her alert to die down. Yet, she smelled the flames he had created. Even listened to him speak to her.. Assuming her, since he called her Swift. When she was clearly Nikole. Yet, the warrior listened. Took in his words and thought it through a little. Knowing what to say in reply.
Nikole broke rank, to only move before the Prince and kneel. Reaching down to cup some mud within her hand, moving the mud by shaping it with the wing till it formed a rose. To only have the water in the mud freeze. Making it solid. To only then reach and offer it to the prince with her words. "My Prince. What is peace if no one is around? No people means there can not be any peace.. Violence does not always come to peace.. And there is no such thing as peace forever. But it is those small moments of peace. Those small happy moments, that define peace. For without violence, there would be no peace to think of. Without people and those to care for, what would be the point of peace. What would be the point if you are alone?" If he did not take the cold rose, the woman would place it on the arm of his chair. Not saying another word, but merely standing. Shirikai looked to Nikole who had come and was presenting him with an ice cold flower which he took and listened to her word and after she finished he held the ice flower in his hand and looked at it spinning it around and around. “Yes but tell me this without us to be here then large forests wouldn't be destroyed so we could build our monuments to fallen people who killed other people of his own race and yet we praise them. If I do ever succeed in what I plan then I will glady take the name of monster.” He said as he put the flower on the the arm of the chair. He would watch her as she would head back out for patrols and hopefully out of earshot he would speak once more. “Violence isn't the right answer but it's the only option I have.” Shirikai said as he would sit back looking at the sky trying to think but kept remembering what he had said and remembered all the times he's seen people die.

Hohda Wadahlii, the Freiherr Concilium, bore the burden of travel with an amiable expression from atop his lumbering mount. The steed was one of unusual stock and it took no equestrian to realize the dire tortoise had no place in a proper stable, nor was it of any particular value to anyone with a desire for haste with its slow and certain stride, a plodding pace which consumed the miles beneath it with an inexorable air. Atop the plateau of the oblate shell there lay an assortment of crocheted rugs and woven blankets in lieu of a more traditional saddle, providing ample room and comfort to the geriatric rider with his village idiot smile written on weathered features turned upwards towards the canopy. Beams of sunlight pierced the boughs here and there, the bars of illuminating motes of fae-like pollen who swirled in the warmth as a school of fish dances through the warm current. The foliage began to thin as a the game-trail Hohda followed began to widen, and in the ambiance of the woodlands there were few sounds to mistake for that of speech, muffled words stripped of any prominence by the buffering leaves.
“Hail, camp.”

Hoarse with age, it matched its owner well, the man's form lost beneath layers of swaddling, robes and cloaks of pale blues and rich reds, leaving him to appear frail and hunchbacked. Eyes gleaming with moisture looked over Shirikai first, then Nikole before returning to the former.
“Lovely day for it.”
The old man added without detail nor any apparent reason, still wearing the clueless expression of a forgetful grandfather whom was certain it was a grandchild of his own to which he spoke. Nikole would return to patrolling after giving him the flower, yet she would listen to his words. Causing her to frown at this, though quickly hiding it with a small smile. A fake smile, the way the prince thought was not a good thing. If he would ever become King, their kind would be doomed by his hands.. This frightened her. Left her with two choices. To try to change his way of thinking, or kill the prince.. But that led to treason. Nikole would have no place to hide if she did this. What was she to do? This only confused the warrior more.
As she thought and continued patrolling, the sound of someone approaching caught he attention. Making her return to the Princes side and shift to face that of a head of a giant tortoise. Causing her blonde brows to furrow at this, to only stop and blink as that of a old man popped into view. Her hands rested upon the hilt of her blade. Prepared to strike down if need be. But she would blink and address the old man. "Sir, you are in company of the Prince. I ask if you have any weapons that you toss them aside now and state your business here." Nikole did not plain to kill the old man, nor the animal. Had no need to, he came off as friendly and this made her relax slightly. But, she was making sure that the Prince would be safe. As well as no harm was to come.

He sat there knowing his actions were wrong but kept on believing it was necessary. His father showed him that the world wasn't a bright and sunny place but rather a cruel and heartless place. Shirikai hated that side of the world and he kept his feelings of striking it down in a dream something that he couldn't do. Shirikai then thought of the Orb his father talked about but at this current state of time Shirikai had no possible way to even find it.
His mind racked around and soon his mind melted down once more after overthinking everything He sighed and rubbed his temples. He soon heard the sounds of twigs snapping underfoot He looked to his side and saw a rather large turtle and an old man who greeted himself and Nikole raised her guard and Shirikai looked forward. He was confused about the rather large animal but he was slightly annoyed that his peaceful outing had been interrupted by a random passerby.
Shirikai stood and looked at the old fellow and kept himself out of harm's way as he knew all too well to never judge a book by its cover. When the old man spoke his comment when he looked at the two Shirikai chuckled at the comment. After the comment Shirikai looked to Nikole who seemed to be in control of the situation and he sat back down but kept an eye on the old man.

The old man laughed. A coarse, clucking chuckle deep in his throat as half-lidded eyes danced between them from beneath bushy brows. It was the laugh of a father watching children play pretend, masquerading as soldiers and royalty.
“I've no concern of princes, and my business is my own.”
Amiable and warm, expression simper on weather worn features with the texture of beaten leather. The man made no move to cast of any weapons, of which there seemed to be none to cast. Nor, however, did he offer any further explanation of his existence in the uncharted woodlands. A soft cluck of his tongue caused the tortoise to bring its head up from the loose peat that it rummaged in, rich soil falling from its jaws as it shifted its snack of grubs and roots to one side for proper gnawing. Wadahlii's mount turned in place to angle itself off to the right of the mighty prince and his guard, where it would begin to trudge forward across the brief clearing to where one tributary of the game trail Hohda had followed here resumed its direction towards Elemomni. Swaying to and fro with the gait of the tortoise, Hohda grinned into the warmth of the sun with all the simply joy of the village idiot watching his reflection in the well.

Nikole watched as the Prince said not a word and the old man laughed, to only speak of not caring for the Prince. Making the woman laugh softly and relax slowly, keeping her right hand upon her blade still. All while she stood by the Prince and watched in silence as the old man rode the turtle and began to pass by, smiling softly as this happened. Though her hazel gaze would soon fall to the Prince and give a smirk. Then back towards the old man. Speaking to herself but out loud for the Prince to here. As she stood by the back of his chair. Watching the old man.
"Sometimes it is those moments of happiness and love.. Those small moments. That make it worth Wild.. Everyone has love and kindness in them. Just have to open the eyes and see it." With a soft sigh after this, after having watched the male leave and towards town. Nikole went back to patrolling. Wondering when the prince wished to go back to the castle.

Shirikai watched as the old man spoke few words before continuing on his way the man wasn't really much of a ranged but rather a peaceful man. He wished that people were like that old man, wise. He looked over to Nikole who spoke out and spoke of love which he knew a bit about but never actually experienced it. Shirikai spent most of his life disconnected from the world living in his head thinking things over a lot but not once has he felt it. Even his father who taught him many lessons Shirikai but he also felt disconnected from him as well. He gripped his chest as he racked his brain over the thought of that feeling but couldn't come up with an answer.
Shirikai stood up before Nikole could go on her patrol and the stone throne returned back to the normal ground that laid before. “I believe we should return my father would not appreciate seeing me outside the walls without proper authorization. Plus I'd rather both of us be spared from his punishments.” Shirikai said as he would walk over to the horses and would untie his and hopped onto it. He would wait for Nikole to get on hers and would ask one question of her. “I wish to ask and you have every right to not answer. Do you love anyone?” he asked as he wondered about it his mind still racking over the thoughts kept rolling around in his head feeling that by asking it maybe it could put his mind at ease for a bit.

Nikole blinked as the Prince soon stood. Stopping to blink and listen to him speak of returning before dealing with punishment. Which she would probably receive more punishment than he would. Though a sigh would escape, feeling a head ache forming. As she kept that smile up and gave a small bow, quickly standing and strolling to get the horses. And she would grab her own horse as he had grabbed his own, jumping onto its back and about to head back.
Before Nikole got far, she found herself surprised at the Princes question. Causing a blush to form from his question, forcing her to gaze up and think on how to answer. She loved the Prince as she would love a little brother. She loved her mother.. Not love, love. Not yet. She hoped to find love. "I loved my mother.. I love you as I would family.. Yet I have yet to find true love.." Satisfied with her answer, Nikole gave the prince a small smile and nod. Shirikai’s felt at ease as he heard her answer but at the same time unsatisfied he understood she he cared for him like family but only he could keep saying he trusted her and the only two things that popped into his head was ‘how and why’
He would remain quiet through the ride back and he sighed as he could not come up with an answer to either of his thought and he decided to push it aside and not linger in it. He knew if he dwelled on it he most likely would over think it and he was to tired to to have one more crash. When they arrived and the horses were taken care of by the boy Nikole payed he started to walk. He walks through the gate that brings him to the center he decided that he should head back to the castle so he can have a break. “We’ll head back is that alright?” Shirikai said as he stopped and looked to Nikole to see if she had any objections.

Nikole stopped to blink as she looked up to see the Prince already walking off. Pushing up and forward to catch up to him, which took no time at all. Moving to walk by his side, to his right. Stopping as he did and giving a bow of her head at that of his words. "As you wish, My Prince."
Nikole gave a warm smile towards the prince, shifting to follow right by his side. A little behind him. And as she walked with that forced smile, the girl thought of when she could make a name for herself. To one day earn respect for her family name.

Shirikai nodded as Nikole didn't object to his request and he began to walk to the castle in the center of the city. Upon walking up to the front gates the guards there nodded to him as they knew who he was and he was allowed through and he made his way into the castle. He would walk through the gates walking rather slow as he looked around at the place it was rather elegant but very large and almost felt lonely such empty space that could be used for several different purposes but at the moment reverberated the sounds of both Shirikai and Nikole’s footsteps upon the marble floor. There were some guards who walked the halls every so often and they would stop and bow to Shirikai as he would pass.
He turned down a hallway knowing full well of the castles layout as he had grown to know it his entire life. They would walk down hallways and climb up a set of stairs until they came upon a double door with golden swirling handles and a gold decor of a feather. Shirikai opened the door and inside was a library with shelfs that reach almost unimaginable heights. At one end of the room was a desk that sat in front of a large window that overlooked a large plaza where people could be seen walking around.
This was Shirikai’s private study only a select few guards were let in to patrol it and Nikole was one such person to be allowed in. Shirikai took pride in his study as the books he has collected over the years was now enough to rival a library from book about fairytales to real witness reports.
