Old Waterways/sewers

Galvery had fallen through the ground after the massive explosion and drops...drops...drops and drops till hitting the grating so hard it knocks the air right out of him, but however he is awake. He rises slowly to be looking right dead at the two; Malice and Al, that unknown to him had left him up above to die. He smiles at them both saying, "It's good to see you both alive." Definitely not a picture of health for the half-blood had four broken ribs, swollen and blacken right eye, a limp and thus he was vastly more vulnerable compared to the others. Gesturing to the water flow he'd say, "Lets get the nine hells out of here." The Elementian began to follow the flow of water, stretching his left arm as he does so. In his grip was his stave, but the pistol he had was lost.

Slowly Mal arose to his feet. Feeling the grates click under his weight. Glancing toward Al and then to Gal he simply spoke" sounds like a plan to me Lad" offering a hand to Al if she needed it to stand he follow suit behing Gal. As he did he brought his hands together and spent his will to see if any way possible to rekindle his energy. His body sore from over exerstion was still decent at the moment. Sparked of energy zapped between his fingers with each step. He would trust the lad in front of him as he tried to gain some strength back. This would take time, but it seemed perhaps he could gain atleast some back to help defend his comrads in arms.

Ayla took Malice's hand, standing stiffly and looking a bit hesitant to follow Galvery as she didn't know whether or not he knew that they just left or if he blamed them for not trying to help him. Figuring that there were likely bigger foes that they would face, she decided that following him would be the best option. "You lead the way I suppose." She said, not even beginning to know how to navigate the waterways that they had fallen into.

A pair of red glowing eyes creeped down the sewer passage looking for its prey. The eyes belonged to a new elementian creation, the Magicanus Beta. The creature was almost as black as the shadows it lurked in, it made no sound for a creature made of elementian steel. The Magicanus Beta is approximately six feet long and on all fours standing about five feet-five inches, possessing a wolf like exterior with mechanical traits. It's glowing red eyes pierce the darkness with an intelligent stare, while razor sharp metallic teeth that glimmer dangerously in the dull light and while having a pelt like most canines it however was engineered from hundreds of blades that show their deadly intent. Finally after a few meters the Mag beta came to an opening that split into three passages. From two of the three passages emerged another Magicanus Beta, one from either side. These betas were different colors, one was a deep blue, and the other a pale white. They joined the third and continued down the central passage from which they heard voices coming. They walked the twists and turns of the tunnels and snuck through crevices rapidly picking up pace. The moved without breaking a beat as if they knew exactly where to go. As they drew closer to the voices each one let out a blood curdling howl.

Baetonin felt the reverberations of the explosion and subsequent collapse of one market-city block to the south, followed by the sight of of particulates sent rising into the sky above above it. He had just recently arrived to this city for the purpose of exploration and to check up on the wares available in its market to see if any of them would be of use back in the nearest subterranean enclaves of his people. He was curious to gauge what kind of response the devastation might bring in from the surrounding district and began walking towards the affected area, hoping to gain more insight into where this place stood with regards to the development of its magic, technology and overall infrastructural prowess.

A figure dawned in dark clad red and black armor seemingly also elementian in nature stalked behind the creatures a bit. Long flowing locks of red streaked behind the mercenary. It almost appeared to be a robot of sorts due to the suit itself that the mercenary wore. The gauntlets seemed crafted purposefully with sharp claws on both the fingertips and on the knuckles themselves. The suit adjusted to seem to almost perfectly blend into the background in appearance. The stranger was observing results to see what may have occurred. They too had only recently arrived, as they sought out answers and details about the waterways. Rumor had it you could tell a lot about a city from it's waterways.

They were on all three halfway down the old aqueduct preparing to enter the main waterway when the bone chilling howl echoes through the underground veins, which Galvery instantly ceases in his stride to lift his unoccupied arm and stop the others with an outstretched hand. He says, "Sshh...," very softly and then closes his eyes to once against focus his extraterrestrial sense or 'sight'. Not only mapping out a mental blueprint of the tunnels he also detects a soul along with three other odd presences, which he speaks of as his eyes slowly gape open, "There is a man of some sort down here and three things, though they do not possess an actual soul. If it wasn't for the power sources I would never of caught wind of them." Pointing down the main water way he adds softly, "This is our only way out, BUT those things and the man are that way as well." Looking between Mal and Al he ask with a mild grin, "What do you all think we should do? I mean its our only way to go unnoticed by the surface to get out, but its not actually the ONLY way out."

Gripping his stave tightly he ponders to himself, o O (I'm gonna have to its our only way we'll possibly make it out of here alive.) Sighing softly he reaches into one of his picks and pulls out an ok beat up cantina and up caps it to sip fron the liquid in it, wiping off his chin and then offering it to Malice. Galvery says, "It's my mothers old recipe for a Critical Health elixer, but sharing it we might get over a quarter of its potency; however, I warn you it can be toxic to some." Shrugging he adds, "But it might be our only hope if he have to fight." The young half-blood was already starting to feel the powerful affects, thought greatly diminished due to division as he lets out a heaving wince as his ribs begin to mend and lung restitching itself. Gripping the stave it extends to a bowstaff as he looks back to say, "What's it going to be guys?"

Stoping behind Gal he lower his knee into the muck keeping his hands together until her felt his soul recharge and his body began to pump his ki thought his body once more. Listening to Gal he extended his hand out to the cantine and nodded" cheers mate" and proceeded to drink a portion of it before handing it back to Al if she needed it. He could feel his body burn like fire mending the cracks and tears in his skin and even taking the deep purple and black brusies down to a light brown. His body popped and cracked. His Strength was also starting to return enough so he adorned the nemisis force gauntlets once more." Lad i will follow your lead.''. Before Gal could make a decision he clanged his gauntlets together flowing his Ki through them. The ki began to solidify into 3 inch long spiked covering the knuckled back of the fist of the gauntlets and down the forearms Guards. Energy crackled along the tips of these spikes as he sighed a moment. ''If we have to fight, no more playing around use any tatic you have to.'' He stared directly at Gal saying this. ''Honor means nothing if we can't survive.'' If Gal continued on Mal would follow behind allowing the Lad to lead the way=e=

Ayla took a small sip of the liquid before handing it back to Galvery. The gash from the glass had already bled through her makeshift bandage long before that point but it quickly healed back together, a slight burning sensation running up her arm as she skin and muscle healed back together. Pulling the fabric off, she saw that only a scar remained. Looking back at the other two, she nodded. "I don't plan on facing whatever made those noises alone, so I might as well stick with you two." She said, reaching to one of her quivers, hesitating as her hand touched one of the exploding darts. Looking to the water at their feet and then around the tunnel, she shook her head before letting go of the dart and reaching into the other quiver to grab one of the plain darts, loading the crossbow though not arming it just yet. Then she paused, looking around her again before patting at her belt. "Hopefully whatever it is will be hurt by the darts...I seem to have lost my other weapons..."

The Betas felt another presence lurking a few yards behind, but they knew the figure was not their target, and would not engage them. They moved ever so swiftly jumping over obstacles and ducking through under passes without once breaking their stride. They finally entered a clearing where three humanoids were, and they were armed. They recognized their target, the half ementian, but thhey did not know what to make of the other two.The Black betas eyes went from a piercing red, to a deep blue. It snarled as he showed his razor sharp teeth drooling with what seemed to be saliva. The blades that made up its fur stood straight up, he was now in attack mode. It looked at the half elementian as if locking on to him. The other two betas sat in the back ground, their eyes now yellow, for they were in stand by mode, just keeping and eye on and waiting to see what the unknown warriors behind the elementian would do. Suddenly without warning the black beta lunched at his target.

The figure stayed behind the betas. She observed them as she followed them. One thing thing the elemetian might discern is the fact that the suit was fully enclosed even while cloaked as it was from normal view still. She appeared to merely be observing behind the betas for now. She stayed agile as she waited to see Galvery's reaction. The talons on the suit had they been visible seemed to be brimming slightly blue.

Baetonin soon overheard the distant amplified voice of the woman speaking to the public in the zone of destruction, and singling out two individuals by the name of Mister Hren and Mister Patrekk for interrogation.

It wasn't long until Baetonin approached the northern edge of the district's collapsed section, that left portions of the sewers exposed below piles of brick, concrete, metal sheets, boards, shingles and people's belongings, punctuated by leaking pipes and a few fresh corpses. Many people had descended upon the wreckage to help unearth survivors or too loot anything of value left out in the open. He then scrambled out over the broken cityscape to try and help out, not yet willing to openly display his arcane talents to the strangers around him.

The game had changed Galvery wasn't AS beaten up as he was and his genealogy spoke well of his stamina, standing read as the creatures came upon them faster than expected. As the first lunge for him he drew his left leg back, holding the staff with a parallel grip of about a five hands spread, leveraging his body as he swing around in full. If the attack would connect the mid-length of the top portion of his bowstaff would smack hard at the magicanus beta's head, conjuring enough force to implode the side of a trash truck. Using the momentum of the swing he'd round step spinning the weapon over his head till he comes to a modified shaolin stance: The stave implanted into the ground upside down according to gripping and a hand held linear with his spine at the rear. The weapon would discharge a surge of electricity upon contact with the creature, given its innate build and that same charge would travel through the half-bloods body bolstering him as the Etchings of Infra birth mark glows with power is his back.

Mal followed moving with urgency timing his self he lept up to the left of the wall bringing this cocked back right gauntlet fist over Gal head and his body forward after the strike of Gal's ended with him in his Stance. The heavy Ork seemed to float through the air before he brought that right spiked gauntlet down aiming for the top of this hound things head aiming to Drive those spikes through it. What would follow if those spikes made contact was pinpoint energy expulsion much like a jackhammer working its way through material it normal couldn't make it through. The force of this hit, aimed with his ki empowered body would feel as though a Mack truck just slammed into them. If the connection managed to hit. Regardless Mal frame would twist after the out come bring his self back and away around Gal right side luring the beast back into Gal striking range if it tried to proceed after him. This all was done as hit and run tactics trying to keep focus off Gal enough to give the lad a edge in this situation.

Ayla watched as the creatures entered the tunnel where they were and one started for Galvery. If she was being honest with herself, she was a bit terrified as the creatures were only a few inches shorter than her but it was clear that anyone of them could easily destroy her. Was there something odd about their fur? It looked like regular fur to her but there was something about the way it glistened that bothered her. Arming her crossbow, she aimed at one of them and pulled the trigger, after hearing the slightly metallic sound that it made when it grazed off of the creature's fur, she figured it out, squinting a bit to try to figure out if she was right. "Did either of you notice what their fur is made of? I wouldn't touch them if you can help it..."

As Gal's staff came closer to hitting the lead Beta it collided with a kinetic shield just inches from the Beta, and sent a shock wave that would knock the two warriors, and the Beta back. As the black beta stood to attack again, a klink echoed through the clearing, as a bolt from a crossbow hit the white beta. The white beta just sat there in stand by mode, for it did not see the female as a Threat, but the third beta, the blue one, switched to assault mode, with those same blue eyes as the other, it then lunged for the orc. The black beta opened its mouth, and rune could be seen, suddenly the rune started to glow as a fireball formed in the betas mouth. The black beta sent the fireball at Gal, and while the fireball obstructed the Warriors view, the beta once again lunged at Gal.

She stayed silent observing the actions and taking notice of the woman with the crossbow. She stayed in camo mode as she carefully pointed one set of knuckles towards what would be the crossbow woman's head and the other at the feet near the ork. Small barely visible threads darted outwards similar to a spider's web rapidly deploying as small barely visible mechanical spiders of some sort seemed to rapidly work to try to subtlety try to build a web of separation of Galvery from the others staying cloaked but barely visible. They might find that the spider-silk of these spiders was rather sharp though from the fineness like razor wire or finer.

The young half-blood rolls with the force of the shield impulse, using that kind of kinetic energy to put distance between he and the magicanus betas. He'd land on his feet to see a fireball flying tight at him, which then the gauntlet would speak to him once again in a blinding blue flash. Time would slow to a crawl as the blue orb from before appeared before him in an ethereal cloud and words would boom as the All-Creater T'zulu spoke, "These things are nothing in comparison to our power. Don't die. You are my gateway into tho world." Before Galvery could speak in turn he was abruptly returned to reality where he faced the fireball once again, lifting the gauntlet a tower shield of raw electromagnetic energy forms to let the flaming ball splash against. The explosion is nulled and absorbed, recycled through the gauntlet to become viable energy; however, there was once again one of these things on top of him. It knocked him back but the shield remained between he and the beast, which he yells out, "Destroy the entrance behind us so we don't get caught in a crossfire! Malice get this bastard off of me!" If Mal can't get to him in time he'd attempt to roll his weight back and kick upward to try launching the mechanical monstrosity over him, attempting to roll on his side to his feet.

The field indeed sent Mal back. However in Mid air hes left pulled from his back the shot gun he had taken earlier right when the Blue had lunged for him. As his back hit the ground and the blue one moved in for a attack it would unfortunatly be meet with the barrel aiming to be shoved inside the hounds mouth and the trigger pulled unloading the wide spread of devistation into its inwards. Releasing the shot gun he rolled back away from the hound lowering his stance and pulling energy into his right hand. Watching it extend and solidify into Matter a 7ft long Lance was Created in his right hand. His left hand pulsated from his gauntlets solidifing into a spartian style round shield. Which is placed forward with the spear resting ontop of the shield edge point aimed out toward the hounds ready to strike. Before he could react to Help Gal a spiderweb formed infront of him and Al seperating them from Gal. Mal cried out Fuck! charging his energy ino the spear he manifested he prepared to break through. Hopefully the web also seperated the hounds from Mal and Al if only for a moment.

Ayla noticed the web spreading down, separating the two from Gal, making it obvious to her that he was the intended target. No wonder the creature didn't attack her when she had shot at it. As Galvery mentioned destroying the entrance, she retrieved one of the exploding darts, loading and arming the crossbow quickly, aiming high towards the ceiling and just inside the tunnel that had brought them there. Staring at her target for a quick moment, she pulled the trigger, the dart exploding on impact, the resulting explosion shaking the ground as stone and other rubble fell and blocked the tunnel completely. Turning her attention to Gal, she stepped forward a bit, taking one of the plain darts from its quiver and prodding the web softly with the point before scraping it against the web. The metallic soft sound told her all she needed to know. "So...Mal...how do we help him along further?"

The shot gun burst knocked the wolf's head back, and sending it across the room, where it crashed against the wall and then onto the ground.

While Gal was distracted fighting with the Black Beta the white Beta switched to assault mode and started circling Gal.

The Black Beta still struggling with Gal opened its mouth and bit his arm, the saliva would enter the wound and flow throughout Gal's blood stream, for it was actually a slow acting knock out solvent.

The blue beta now back on its feet opened its mouth and shot out two bolas, they were aimed for Mal and Al, if they landed they would wrap around the two and send an electrical pulse through their bodies.

Upon hearing Galvery's instructions and watching the reactions three arm sized larger spiders than the ones already scattered like tiny dots upon the web appeared from the cords. They looked metallic blue, metallic red, and metallic yellow respectively as soon their backs all seemed silver as they sped in random directions the original yellow backed one sliding towards Ayla, seemingly twisting a cord and extending from behind her and onto her back. If it landed thread attached and all high voltage began to pump from the spider's legs and through her as if it was trying to overload itself to the point of explosion upon her as it might seem to get white hot quickly.

The blue backed one attempted to do the same with Malice upon his back only instead of electricity it seemed to be trying to absorb energy and heat like a vacuum of coldness from the moment it touched to the point of making some of the webbing more frigid around him the metal even freezing some on it's outer coatings.

The red one began to go overhead of the two and seemed to spit out two more blue and yellow ones as the smaller spiders continued to spread the web over and wrapping closer around as another red one seemed to appear out of many of the smaller ones.

The female watched the mechanical spiders spin their web of deceit. A small smoke pellet was rolled into the web near Malice and the others to cloud things with a thick fog. The figure stayed back as she leaned on her elemetian sight for now.

The young half-blood roared with anger as the teeth sunk into his arm and seething so for just the thought of dying after everything . He with the power of an Elementian with his genealogy would attempt to reach into the beast mawl further and grasp at a bundle of cords or whatever seems important to the touch, ripping it free. At the same time as this is going on his humanoid form noticeable transforms; a robust osteodermis of pale flesh tears through the previous skin, his forms begins to become enormous, a more lycan visage takes hold of Galvery's skeletal frame at the claw that grow from his fingertips rips at the remaining human flesh like a horrendous itch. The transformation would not even be complete and he'd still be fighting back, but being completely berserk and unable to retain concentration the Hand of the Oiad would lose its electromagnetic tower shield to where the magicanus was face to face with a real monstrosity. Once reaching the maximum height of ten feet and weight of 565 lbs a long, thick and dense array of quills cover his entire form to also create huge four foot tail. The quills would act as greater protection with the ability to puncture steel and ward off some of the most violent blunt force trauma. The teeth of the wolf barely manage to scratch the surface of his flesh that is capable of deflecting a .50 caliber bullet many times over, which even if the poison managed into his system it would be useless as his adrenaline was pumping so hard it eat right through the affects. A lighting roar/bark would echoes out with the sonic force capable of shattering even bullet proof glass, he'd then reach with his unoccupied hand bring it down in the back of the other betas neck using enough force to crush in a car hood than try crushing it with a grip capable of crumpling tank armor. If successful he'd stand throwing the two wolves at the bounty hunter with tremendous herculean power, emitting a terrible roar/howl in triumph if all goes successfully.

The actions that where happening where quick. Because of this he only had enough time to do one move. Pulling the energy he had been charging into the spear into the Shield a field of hardening Energy rushed over Mal and Ayla Harding into a shell. Sweat dripped from Mal as the bolas bounced off and the spiders would land upon the Sanctuary that had been created leaving Mal with only 28 percent of his energy. Inside this dark cocoon of hardened Energy something seemed to echo through out the small area between him and Ayla. A Growl could be heard, followed by what appeared to be Mal back roaring to life with a Red now visible Aura of Rage. These Actions had pushed the Orc perhaps farther then needed to be. The spear was reabsorbed back into his body and focused into his fist. Rage meets focus. Energy from the area begins to pull into the Sanctuary turning it from white to Red. If the spider had landed that absorbed Energy it soon would find to much energy being pumped into it to really be absorbed.( Malice Orc Rage+ killer intent) The Nemesis Gauntlets turned burning red. Energy began to pop and sway pulling in the Energy from his Rage and converting his for lack of better Term Malice into unrefined energy that resembled much like fire. Spikes formed like crosses over the shell creating Arcs of pure power over it. Magnetic waves fluctuated from those arcs until finally a Boom flashed creating shock waves of metal ripping force on the outside of the Sanctuary in all Directions up to 120ft. Walls would crack, what water was in the sewers evaporated as the force washed out with murderous intent. His Stand widened energy began to pull from the Sanctuary into his fist charging it rapidly. ( Charge 1, energy level up from 28 percent to 37 percent)

Ayla looked around her and Mal as the energy shield formed around them, rendering the spiders and bolas useless and sending said weapons falling away from them. She watched the change in the orc for a moment, looking slightly worried as she did so but quickly turning her focus to the web that separated them from Gal. Looking down at her hands and back up to the web, she blinked a bit. "Forgive me if this goes wrong...I have tried this exactly once before and it was on accident..." She said, though not really knowing if Mal could hear or even paid attention to, her at that moment. Lifting both hands up infront of her, palms facing the web, she closed her eyes to better focus on her end goal. As her crossbow bolts had pierced the Sanctuary back at the shop, she was confident that she could do so now. Now to focus... eyes still closed, her hands soon hand an electric blue aura surrounding them. Hearing and feeling the static charge that the aura released, she pictured the web before her, focusing intently on it. As a resulted of that focus, the static charge issued from her hands as a high voltage electric charge, electrifying the web through every strange, charging it as an electric fence would be. One touch and the creature who touched it would likely never move again. Hands still raised, she opened her eyes only slightly to see the positions of the betas. Her pupils and irises now glowed the same blue as the static of her hands. Focusing on the beta closest to the web, she sent a charge at the animals, which then jumped to each of the animals. If successful, the attack would use the animals' metal hides against them and fry them from the insides out.

They say every event in life is a chain reaction oh but a tangled web this one weaved.

The bounty hunter saw the transformation and stayed observing as the wolves came her way.  She sighed a bit as she disconnected the initial string in her wrist from the web. She decided to use skills of a game at that point and kneed the wolf with her armor straight up to deflect them both at the ceiling rapidly as well for some odd reason that might be realized.

As the young orc might not realize...until less than 30 seconds after the spider landed on him due to the over charge draining...it was DESIGNED to explode and overload thus it was truly a kamikaze spider as was it's yellow backed brother.  What this meant was rather simple….all the metal the spider was made of exploded like an open frag grenade most likely in the midst of him trying to channel to do some moving of the metal.   Well depending on how that went it might be a more complicated web to weave with any shrapnel also getting rapidly thrust out by such field's effects had potential for cross-firing into the woman beside him and Gallifrey. The red spiders on the web seemed to upon getting that force on them seem to smell of high ionization like a battery leak as they too would explode on the outsider forcing bits of that web that surrounded them to shatter into extremely small jagged edges almost like a bomb of raw force was disrupting the web's very nature at that particular point.  One of them had been up above and to the left when it was pushed out with the orc's magnetic wave it too exploded part of the web on the upper part sending shrapnel also flying out towards Galifrey likely unexpectedly.  

There was however a second blue and yellow backed spider still hidden somewhat by the fog as the girl went to try to charge the metallic web.  However she would be mistaken to assume the spiders were animals at all as demonstrated by the rather violent reactions of what they did.  If anything the web rippled like thousands of tiny metallic beings were what comprised it as instead the small spiders that made up the web itself moved up above them to spread out and seemed to be giving out a sudden hissing noise as if the web was going to self-destruct into many small bombs upon the ceiling they were in to try to cause the ceiling the collapse with the extra spark provided by Ayla(assuming she still does this).

Since the bounty hunter had no strings attached so to speak she would remain cloaked as two vile green pellets were tossed into this chaotic cacophony.  They released a purple and green type of mist-like substance that seemed to fill the air with noxious fumes.

Any who breathed it in too long may find feverish thoughts, almost like a demon spider's poison in cloud form.  The suit seemed to filter that out just fine for the hunter.

Immediately after tossing that in she turned around to dash away to let them figure out their own way out of the after effects of structural integrity of the tunnels being compromised by the after effects and probably collapse of them entirely overhead, sealing off the other way out with some poison in the middle, unless they managed to muster their way out of this tangled web somehow.   Either way she wasn't sticking around to let them re-group and focus.   She'd have some questions for someone she had to meet.  She moved rather swiftly for such a suit as if it enhanced mobility and speed.

A static pulse hit the blue beta for a moment and then jumped to the other two betas who were currently being hurled at the bounty hunter. The static charge seemed to have deactivated the betas, as their eyes went dark. However moments later all their eyes lit back up, they were a pale white, and then switched to red, and back to white. Their eyes kept flickering between the two colors as if a count down were happening, and it was. When the betas were rendered inoperable a fail safe activated, which enabled a self destruct mode. The explosion would envelop the cavern, and everything in it, and with one exit blocked by rubble, and the other blocked by the bounty hunter there was no way to escape the inevitable destruction of this cavern.
The ensuing explosion would result in the collapse of the cavern, bringing everything, including the war zone above, down.

A cornered animal is at its most fearsome when in the face of death and Galvery is no exceptions in this case as he throws himself around his pack Malice and Al. The sheer density of his form and durability might be enough to sever the webs with combination of his velocity, but the explosion would arch around him. Burns blister the osteodermis with its intense heat and to defend against the immense pressure his talons would sink into the concrete, which then his body tenses as he readies to release the electrical energy that had been building within his enormous form since first getting shocked be forehand. In a roar/howl he unleashes a powerful eruption of electrical energy in an impulse capable of deflecting falling concrete around the trio within a hundred feet and of course the poison gas as well. His Augmented Elementian cells having executed all their power for this transformation dismiss temporarily till recharged and the young half-blood shrinks to his original humanoid form, though barely clothed an unconscious.

The explosion from the spider drones caused the hardened shell to be riddled with metal shards along its surface. The force had caused them to implant into it. Yellow pulses rushed throughout the shield as Gal shown his newly discovered power and bull dozed his way through gas, debree and concussive force. At the end of all this the Sanctuary would begin to shrink spitting into two and coating Alya in her very own personal Shelled skin of Energy. Mal on the other hand drawled in the remaining energy and stepped forward to the unconscious Gal and knelt. His energy at the moment was at 100 percent due to the rapid charge of the energy from Sanctuary.
