Strangers in a strange land. Empty Strangers in a strange land.

Shoken could be seen floating above the ruins. He hovered over one of the taller decrepit buildings that still managed to tower over the rest of the city. Signs of decay were apparent as entire chunks of the building were missing, almost appearing to be ripped out of the very structure. Slowly hovering down, the Namek would land on the ledge with a light thud. The white hood pulled all the way forward and covering his facial features, revealing only a shadowy silhouette underneath. His cape would blow in the wind towards his side. A purple battle gi covered the rest of his torso, and he wore moccasins on his feet. Keeping his arms crossed at his chest Shoken would look down towards the rest of the ruins below. What once looked to be a promising empire was now the empty remains of a civilization that could have been. The Namek was not sure what faction previously occupied these lands, nor how they came to meet their end. Slowly closing his eyes the Namek would begin to clear his thoughts. Though he could sense a few varied presences and signatures in the area most of them felt faint. Most likely some type of natural wildlife as far as he could tell. If nothing else it would prove to be the perfect place for him to get some peace and quiet, and train in isolation. These were two things that the Namek was almost always on the lookout for yet seldom had a chance to enjoy. Unless something new managed to catch his interest or he was otherwise interrupted the Namek would continue to stand on the ledge of the building.

The young half-breed had been traveling on foot all day, forcing his way through the foliage and lush jungle he’d finally come to a rather massive clearing that houses within its confines a large city of ruins. Immediately the DRILPI-CORDZIZ hybrid high elf would grin as the first think that comes to his mind is, o O [Plenty of loot to plunder.] If anyone else was to hear his thoughts or watch the young lad begin to search the nearest pile of formerly known building they’d suspect he was an adventurer or fame seeker. In truth all he was doing was saving fuel and rather then burn up fuel he didn’t have to waste he’d move on foot to ensure that he had a better chance in leaving this place after spotting it on his radar some time before. The decision was easy, but he had also though he was alone and while still unaware the Namekian was there Galvery did his best to go unseen or heard with his limited experience of going incognito. Drawn at ready was his Series 001 15mm Magi-Beretta and he’d stay vigilant otherwise, relying on the weapon more for intimidation purposes or to protect him from some wild indigenous creature as people were the last things on his mind he had considered running into out in the middle of nowhere.

Shirikai walked through the forest as he wanted to conserve energy if ever he needed to fight he chuckled at the though. He soon came upon the ruins that adorned the area Shirikai looked and thought of what old civilization could have lived here and what could have possibly destroyed them. He continued his trek not knowing of Namekian nearby. Shirikai carried with him a simple sword that he used for simple fight he crossed his arms and found a pillar that stood rather tall. Shirikai jumped to the top and sat down and closed his eye. He took a deep breath and felt the cold breeze through his mask to which he smiled he opened his eye looking out over the forest. He thought of how it would look after complete destruction ashen trees and a mist that carried a sense of sorrow. He waited thinking maybe something will happen and Shirikai could wait to see what was to happen.

The namekian's ears and antennae would twitch from under his hood as two new presences would enter the region. There wasn't a whole lot Shoken could discern from their signatures other then the fact that they were located somewhere within the ruins. They weren't doing anything of note at the present time, one seemed to be in a fixed location while the other was on the move. The Namek would leap from the ledge that he currently occupied. Planting himself on an angle against the building he would begin to skid down the side of the decrepit structure. Keeping his right foot planted forward as he kicked up dust alongside himself during his descent, while his cape rapidly flapped in the wind behind him. To the casual observer it would seem as if a small dust cloud was making its way down the building.

Once the Namek was close enough to the ground he would kick out his legs and push himself off of the building. Straightening himself out in mid-air he would land on the ground with a light thud, using bukujutsu(lighter-than-air-skill) to slow his descent before hitting the ground. His cape settling back behind him as he started to walk through the ruins. He decided to try and find Galvery first, his presence closer to his current location. The Namek was curious as to the intentions of these two strangers. From what he could determine neither one possessed any evil intent, though the Namekian had been fooled in the past.

Post by Swift Sun May 15, 2016 4:57 pm

It didn't take long for Swift to arrive. Having landed the small aircraft that was designed at what looked like inside, a aircraft meant to live in. Yet the outside was built for way and painted a black. The style was slick, yet. Not most could see past the shield that cloaked it. Nor was most a mile out to where it was from the ruins. The place was empty though, as Swift had made way to the ruins for that mile upon foot. Taking no time to get there and step underneath a broke arch. This being did not come to this place for peace. Not to explore, only for one artifact that laid in the ruins underneath their very feet. A old book to be correct. Upon the small five foot five form laid nothing but black. From the kelvar top, from waist to neck. To the pants from hips down to the leather steel toed boots, though Swift wore them. The steps where still light and silent. The jacket around the small frame hide any hair, the gloves hide the hands and a grey mask that looked more like a skull with some flesh upon it. That provided a small filter for the air and protection as it was made of graphene. For weapons, upon the back was a hilt to a special made katana. The metal was ablative steel, and it had been nano sharpened. Though the sheathe hide that fact. A small one strapped bag was upon her back, it empty. Upon the front of her metal belt was four throwing knives, on the back was two hooks made to climb rocks.

Swift had everything needed for this. Standing there with mind protected from any, and even sending a small wave of power out to feel as stealthy as possible for how many where around. Like a bat, sending a silent ping to become aware of the surroundings. Once this was done, being able to should feel three. Swift pushed off and towards the main building. Not caring if any sense, saw, or smelled that Swift was here. Bring Swift would oddly smell of honeysuckle. Planning though to head to the main building and enter through its doors, not once stopping Swift sensed or saw anyone. And if any as so much touched her mind to see her intent or read Swift's mind. They would find themselves looking at a being who has been consumed by the darkness. If read, they would find themselves in nothing but darkness till they pull out.

The young lad would turn the corner of a worn ruined building, climbing over some debris before he’d almost quite literally run into the Namekian. Look way up at the green man he seems almost unnerved by the rather imposing figure in front of him. Kicking the ground lightly he steps back, putting at least some distance between him and the large warrior as he brings his magi-beretta up in readiness. He has iron sights on the creature before him primarily out of caution, though it’s not a stretch to believe he was somewhat frightened by the man thing. Biting his lower lip he goes without talking for a few minutes, accessing the situation some and possible escapes if things got hairy; however, eventually he would pipe up to the other male. He’d say, “Uh…hello. Who are you and what do you want? No games now or I will shoot you.” The Drilpi-Cordziz hybrid would have his full attention on the giant green ant man in from of him and thus would be fully unaware of both the masked man and odd little woman treasure hunting. Those deep hunter green hues would wash over the massive individual in front of him and he could also feel the incomprehensible strength this individual had or at least what he would allow him to ‘feel’, but if the Namekian was hiding the half-breed would still have a feeling there was a looming mass at the end of the tunnel so to speak.

In the meantime his own ship the Morph as he called it was set on sentry mode, ordered by key commands to observe and watch for any new arrivals. The Namekian an other male was easily missed because they had not arrived via airship or any kind of vehicle to the A.I’s knowledge but as for the lass her ship was picked up on the radar system. Attached to the back of his Galvery’s belt was a receiver that began to beep faintly and that quickly gets his attention, however he was to preoccupied with the jolly green giant right now. Focusing his extraterrestrial sense he had learned how to do so without completely dividing his attention his mind would create a three dimensional mapping of the area around him within a three hundred yards radius. What life forms did not hide themselves he could clearly depict. How could he do this you ask? At birth he was already different from others of his kind having had a father or sperm donor as he called him like Loonstro his mother’s High Elf blood had mutated his already heightened sense giving him this telekinetic ability or at least he thought it was such

Shirikai stood quickly letting his fiery red cloak around him flutter in the wind he had not noticed anyone but rather he felt an emotion he disliked. "I'm bored." He spoke in a low voice his fist clenching making a popping sound as well as his nails digging into his skin through his gloves. He hated the feeling of being bored nothing to interest him if something was to go on in the ruins Shirikai felt he should be the one to start it.

Shirikai looked down at the pillar he was standing on and chuckled faintly as he raises his fist and hit the ground beneath him shattering the pillar he stood on. Before it crashed down he leaped of landing on the ground watching as history began to crumble by his own actions. He smiled at the thought destroying a piece of history made him think he was taking something from the world. He chuckled once more before looking to his side where some old writing was and he raises his hand to it and snapped his fingers and as he did the text exploded in fiery and black smoke that rose into the air. His chuckle had grown to a laugh as he thought of what he could have blown up an old religious chant or maybe an old text about who once lived here. And as the smoke cleared his laugh quickly ceased as he sighed and smiled behind his ashen black mask.

Shoken finally ran into the short creature who seemed to have some sort of elven appearance. Not moving an inch despite having a weapon pointed at him, the Namek's facial features were still hidden under the dark shroud of his hood. Though it seemed his full undivided attention was upon Galvery, there was another that drew his interest. This new presence was not like the other two. It moved quickly, and there was definitely a dark presence emanating from its vicinity. Turning his attention back to the half elf he would speak with a serious and stern tone. A small degree of rasp to his voice. "You wouldn't even manage to finish pulling the trigger. Not that it matters, I'm not the one you should be pointing that thing at."

Shoken did have some degree of power emanating from him, and it could be picked up by those sensitive to such things. He kept his battle power high enough so that he could react at a moment's notice if he needed too, especially with rising hostilities. Still, he didn't want to burn himself out too quickly, so he maintained what would more or less be considered a base form. His eyes would be on Galvery, watching for any tension in his muscles indicating that he was about to open fire. His ears twitching as he focused on the sounds coming from directly in front of him. Using his sensitive hearing to tune into any sound of a trigger hammer or other hum that would indicate he was about to be fired upon. Hopefully the young man, or mer, would realize the Namek is not his enemy, but one never new in these situations.

Swift paid no attention to those in the area. Even when she picked up on the sounds of small explosions, Swift paid no attention and only continued onward towards the middle building. Upon the way, she caught sight to two beings ahead of her. One holding a gun to a tall green man, yet Swift would not do anything but for step up on some fallen pillars, jump up and upon the sides and tops like stepping steps and over them. Moving past them without a single word, her speed at the moment was like that of a speeding motorcycle. Once Swift was past the two, she continued to her destination. Not stopping till she was there.

Swift would soon stop at two rotten wood doors which laid on their sides, wasting no time to step in and kneel. Placing the right leather glove upon the hand, to only send a small pulse to feel for tunnels. Allowing the earth to quake around her, taking only thirty seconds before it passes. Once this was done. Swift stood, walked to the other side of the room. Pressed a hidden button, to only watch as the floor in the middle pushed up a cloud of dust to only open up to a stairway going down to that of dark tunnels. If no one followed, she would travel through the tunnels, through the mundane traps and into the main treasury room. Inside was a book on a pedal stool, a few gallons of gold coins every where. But she ignored the jewels and coins, only moving over to grasp the book, place it in the bag then walk back out of the tunnels.

The Drilpi-Cordziz bastard offspring would eye the Namekian and he’d nod when the other gave him the straight forward warning on both accounts. He replies, “I believe you.” He’d relax back and holsters the magi-beretta; which, his ears would the perk as he hears the ruin debri remnant destroy it’s from or that is what he chooses to believe. Looking the giant green man over he ask, “What are you?” Rolling his shoulders he’d sigh softly, rubbing at the back of his neck as he waits for the aliens reply, but as he waited the lad would watch as a woman literally ninjas her way over an around them. Looking to the Namekian he is almost speechless at the randomness and he’d ask, “Is she with you?” He was starting to put two and two together as he knew the only reason Morph would radio him was if someone had arrived. Well…the woman doing what she did almost no time afterwards was a testament to that, which had made want to follow her if not to see what she was doing or what was the hurry.

The Namek was glad to see that the half elf saw reason, though he was a bit taken back at how quickly he put the gun down. Most strangers kept their hands right on the trigger when they encounter the namekian, mostly due to size and foreign appearance.  Clearly this one was more reasonable then the average adventurer he came across. When asked about his identity the Namek would maintain his same serious tone. "That's a loaded question, and we'll have time to answer it later...." Just then it would seem that other presence would dart right past them. Turning to face its direction and watching it dart into the distance the Namek would get ready to follow. He gave a quick look back towards Galvery. "Not with me, but it looked like she was in a rush. I'm gonna go check it out, you can follow if you want. Just don't do anything rash." With that the Namek would levitate a few inches off the ground as he again utilized bukujutsu, before a clear white aura would surround the Namekian. After a moment or two of charging he would take off, soaring through the air as he tailed swift.

He would arrive at the entrance to the tunnels a few minutes after swift. Which meant that she would have been well into the tunnels before Shoken had even made it to the entrance. He would proceed with caution, not fully knowing what was down there and not wanting to get himself trapped. He would wait by the entrance and attempt to keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary.

Strangers in a strange land. Empty Re: Strangers in a strange land.

Post by Swift Mon May 16, 2016 12:49 am

Swift made quick and easy way through the tunnels, deflecting any arrows and gliding over any sudden trap doors. Even punching through a unwilling to open stone doorway. No time at all to enter, walk forward and place the book within her bag. Once done, she would have speed down the tunnels the way she had came. But as Swift came close to the entrance, she felt others presence there. Seeming the others had followed her.. Only now did she stop below the stairway and gaze up to the giant green man. Reminding her of the giant green man upon the vegetable commercial for human entertainment.. Being she had lived on earth before. Only a nod of greeting was gave before Swift bound up the stairs and pushed off the side wall to go around them. Only then would she speak out with a smooth, soft voice. "Hello."

That was only the word said, not one to know what to say to the others. As she had no idea what there intent was, if they wanted the book. No matter, she moved back outside and to a patch of grass. Taking the book out and placing what seemed a glowing stone of blue in the middle, power radiating from the said stone. But she would back up and open the book. Scrolling to the middle, then beginning to chant in a old text of her own kind. Of Novakin, translated in human.

'With this book.
With this Gem.
I give the power from the lost here and call upon death to come forward.
I command for death to come.
I command he be held here in this circle.
In doing so I give blood.'

Swift raised her free left hand, allowing small drops to fall to the grass. Watching as the gem would levitate, as a orb of power would surround it. As it would expand out in five feet, close to touching Swift. The gem would pulse as she chanted the words over and over, brighter and brighter. Till it cracked. Causing the power to surge out to push any close away and break the gem in two.. Failing.. Or so she thought as she flew back to land in a pillar. Not failing. Throughout the lands, creatures crawled forth. Standing a sex foot, poor black, naked with no sex, no hair and talons and sharp teeth. They would walk about in the shadows, walking around till the saw or heard someone. In which they would run forward to attack. To try to eat, they where flexible and able to climb nearly anything. Most force damage would not effect them.. Yet, they stayed away from light.. Any light they would run off and try to avoid. Didn't mean they where not smart.

As Swift laid there with a groan, the woman would shift to stand back up. Reaching to pulls her hood and mask down to show her round smooth face. Pale flesh and hazel eyes and black silky hair that flowed to the middle of her back, a few strands of white like it was pepper with salt. Even her red lips pushed out as she walked over to the broken gem. Speaking to the others now. The shadows not showing near them as of now. "I'm sorry for this.. I thought it would work.. Forgive me if I had caused any of you harm.. I am Swift.. Nice to meet you."

The young Galvery would watch the Namekian hover off the ground and then take off flying in the direction of which the woman had went. Looking at the ground he kind of paces back and forth, rambling to himself as he contemplates following the tall green man. “What do I do? I find this dude or he finds me and he can fly!” Reaching up he entangles his fingers in the spiky golden locks and let’s out a heavy sigh before his arms drop to his sides, turning around he’d take off in a dead sprint towards where he had saw Shoken fly off to saying, “Oh…what the hell…why not?!” The Drilpi-Cordziz hybrid was fast an abnormally so as he also makes off like a blur, leaping over large tree roots growing up out of the ground, ruin debri and whatever else might be in his way. Coming to a wall he’d in mid sprint leap up, pushing his boot off the mid-point of the obstruction to front flip up an over it.

After leaping over said wall he’d land on the ground upon both feet, hustling his way through foliage until he can see the Namekian land. Even on the ground after giving the alien male a head start an arguing with himself the lad am definitely it just as Shoken began waiting on him. Stopping just shy of the temple entrance Galvery looks to it nervously saying, “So… You want me to follow you in there? The unholy temple of doom?” Sighing softly he rolls his shoulders and then stretches from left to right, reaching for his feet both directions and then rotates his midsection to crack that back of his. Straightening up he’d look to the other and say, “Let’s do it. The name is Galvery by the way so if I die you know what to put on my tombstone.” Assuming the other would enter the temple he’d follow behind him, withdrawing his 001 Series Magi-Beretta and cocking it back after first checking to see if the clip was full. He held it at ready, looking around at the inner makings of the structure as they proceed forward and all the while he keeps thinking, o O  (This is a bad idea.) He might be long strides away from being a warrior like his father, but one had to admit he had potential as far as actual power went.

Looking to the woman he blinks as she reveals herself and waves all nonchalant like, but for now he just stayed back and let the Namekian handle all the talking.

Shoken would give no words to greet the one who exited the temple. He could sense the evil emanating off of the items in her possession and knew that no good could come of it. However, the Namek didn't take the threat as seriously as he should of. Instincts were telling him to grab the bag right off her back and find out just what she had on her. He couldn't act in such a brash manner. He was a foreigner in these parts and needed to figure out who he could ally with before he started making enemies. As such he would act to late when the woman began her chant. He sensed the evil auras accumulating around them and knew that some sort of foul magic was at work. "Wait.....Stop!"

It was too late, the dark arts had taken their hold on the land. All around Shoken could sense the darkness. The evil intent resolute, there would be no negotiating with it. As Galvery arrived he would extend an arm out to stop the man before he walked into the temple. "No, we need to stay outside, preferably a place where we have the high ground." The Namek would look back over towards the girl. He had a feeling that she didn't quite grasp the gravity of her actions. Perhaps she was simply a naïve youth toying with forces that she did not quite comprehend. Either way they would have plenty of time for pleasantries once they were in a more secure location and the threat was dealt with. Right now they needed a plan of action, the goal was survival. "For reference, the names Shoken. We can converse at a later time,  right now we need to get out of here before we're ambushed."

Swift would stand once the green man spoke of staying outside. She might not feel the darkness, but she did feel that of the things within the darkness. Frowning as she turned her gaze down to the stone in hand, clearly upset about this. Yet, it would move back to her bag as her right hand reached out. Allowing the book to fly into her hands, as the mask and hood moved once more back into place. She knew now that what she did was trouble. And glad she had her katana still by her side. "We have more trouble then that.. We can not let them leave. They will devour all. I never thought they would escape from my hell. Darkness is here.. Light and fire will only pure and destroy the shadows.. They are hungry." That was all she said as she placed the book back into her bag, knowing her Blade.. Nightmare would not be able to help this night. Not against them.

Swift turned her gaze back towards the two she had ran into earlier. Swift had not meant to drag them into this. For years was she trapped in darkness. Then a year in a personal hell.. No. Her soul was in a compound in which people summoned the darkness. In turn, Swift had to fight the darkness to survive the onslaught. She knew more of darkness than any. Swift had became a part of the darkness. Not now, now it was time to work. Swift shifted forward and tried to stay out of the dark shadows the best she could.. She had a advantage here. Swift had her power. Yet, as she walked up hill. The woman found herself working on fixing her gloves. Moving to figure out how to create a flame. But she would stop and look to one of the males. "Any got a light?" Her expression was on of seriousness, as she moved a hand out to the both for one. Standing on the slope of a small hill and facing them. All while she felt them watch the three.

[center]Looking to the Namekian he lofts a brow and then peaks around the green alien, though it is pitch black within the confines of the temple he manages to make out the even darker outlines of the demons. His brows nit together to form a frown and he draws his beretta from its holster, but rather than shoot he reaches out with his unoccupied hand to touch the giant man before him. If he manages to lay his palm on the foreign creature he’d create a telepathic link with him. If the large man would allow it Galvery would say without vocalizations to Shoken, “I have some bombs. Why don’t we just blow the entrance and let them rot?” After saying that the Drilpi-Cordziz hybrid would reach back and pull from a miniature container a handful of small spheres no bigger than marbles. They were electromagnetic explosives that lightly radiated radiation from the micro plutonium cores they had and there were little red lights on the right hemisphere of the outer layer.

Rather than wait for a reply he waves the Hand of the Oiad over them, which is the odd gauntlet he wears on his right and this activates them. He’d say with out words once more to the Namekian. “ Grab the girl and get far away.” Assuming the alien would do so Galvery would toss in say about eight of these spheres, deactivating the rest. He’d then turn around and run as fast as he could, traversing the distance to follow after the green male and if it weren’t obvious before it was obvious now. The boy was abnormal as he’d easily cross any distance the Namekian would go to within the confines of the ruin area in seconds as he moved like a blur across the landscape. If unimpeded the explosion would be massive and intense, bringing yet the entire temple to the ground with minimal radiation leakage, slinging debri everywhere around within a hundred feel or more.

The namekian's eyes would glow a bright yellow color, the hues suddenly flooding out and the color engulfing his entire cone of vision before suddenly flickering away and returning back to their normal color. In Swifts hand, a small orb no larger than a penny would start to materialize. After a moment or two that orb give a small crackle and pop before blowing out into a small flame. What she planned on doing with the fire at that point was up to her, hopefully she knew how to handle it.

Shoken would establish the telepathic link with Galvery. The Namek was fluent with mental communication so his words would transfer rather easily into the half elf's mind. He was unsure about the bombs, and was about to tell the man to wait for a more opportune time to utilize them as the temple didn't really pose any strategic relevance. However the half elf acted before he could protest. Realizing what was about to happen the Namek would dart towards swift, his movements also like that of a blur similar to Galvery. He would stop a few feet short of colliding into the woman before planting his feet firmly on the ground. Turning back to face the explosion as he extended his hand out. His antenae twitching as a barely visible barrier would be generated around the two of them. The Namek would focus his energy into the barrier. Maintaining its strength against the debris and rubble that collided into it, most of the matter incinerating upon contact. As a higher amount of debris collided into it small ripples and waves could be seen spreading around the sphere as the barrier was maintained. After a moment the dust would settle and clear, and neither himself or swift would be worse for wear as long as she stayed within the confines of the barrier. However, whatever forces were out there now had a precise lock on their location.

Strangers in a strange land. Empty Re: Strangers in a strange land.

Post by Swift Wed May 18, 2016 5:19 pm

Swift smiled and nodded as a flame was placed into her hands. Allowing her powers to grasp and begin to flow it around her left hand in a small vines above her glove. Yet as she looked up and towards the two males. Watching, seeing the link of telepathy like a line of purple between their minds. Causing her to smirk at this, as she could see energy as colors.. Being she was not even close to human. Swift didn't bother to connect to the two, only shifted forward with the flame hand of hers using as light around her form. To walk up hill.. Ignoring the two males, yet. As the green man charged and formed a shield around the girl, watching the energy he used as the kinetic energy from the blast surrounded them.

Smirking in amusement from what was happening. Swift would make sure to reinforce his shield with her telekinesis, a dome of her own around the two. Without even raising a hand, merely a finger. And as the explosion resided, leaving debre and ash. Swift would push both shields to shatter them away. All so she could begin jogging away and towards the woods. Knowing the things that where not in the area would make their way to this area. There would be very few left. So Swift would increase the flames she had by using the telekinesis as a glass to intense the light around her. Keeping the shadows at bay from her form. "You guys are idiots. Always with explosives.." Swift would continue her tread up the debre and towards where the other male was left too.

Stepping through the ruins he examined the area slowly wondering where he was at exactly. This was new on the younger male he had escaped from his last home wanting away from things like this. He finally just gave up letting whatever came onto come, shrugging his shoulders. He followed a path through the ruins looking for any other signs of life or was he finally alone this time. His eyes shifted color, the softness of his hues shifted into a deep purple. He may hate this side of himself but it did have it's perks. Sniffing the air he tried narrowing in on any other smells of life form around him.

"Hello?"

He spoke softly, reaching for a dagger in his pants lining totally forgetting he left them at home in the human realm. A smell came near his nose from the other end of the ruins a new smell he never knew before. Turning his head he slowly began his way over in the direction he had smelt them.

Shoken would slowly lower his hand as the dust settled around them. The ki barrier dissipating along with Swift's own barrier as the Namek turned around to face the woman. A stern look upon his face as she commented on the 'explosive' manner in which they handled the situation. "Well we wouldn't need explosives if an army of evil spirits weren't in the process of overtaking these lands. Who summoned those creatures again?" He would state as he walked up the hill in front of them. His ears would twitch as he picked up the voice of another. It seemed everyone was gravitating towards the ruins today. Perhaps they held more treasures than the namekian originally anticipated. Why else would so many travel to such a decrepit place. Tracking Galvery's current location via the energy he left in his wake due to his high movements he would prepare to move towards his location. Before he did so he would speak to Swift. "You may or may not approve of our tactics but I think we have a better chance if we stick together for the time being. So I'm going to find the one called Galvery. Your more than welcome to follow." The Namek would state before dashing off. His movements but a blur as he levitated only a few feet off of the ground. The wind and grass kicking up around him as he quickly closed in on the half elf's location. Coming to a skidding stop when he was within viewing distance.

The Elementian hybrid would find himself not to far off by time the explosion took place, which he’d look back to observe the devastation his bombs caused and he worried about if the other two had made it out alright. Closing his eyes he’d focus and extend his mentality over the area once more, which quickly tells him they were perfectly fine. He smiled and then his ears would twitch as he hears another approach, which it was obvious to him this person was not aware of what was going on. Sensing the Namekian approach he’d wait and once he was within eye sight the Drilpi-Cordziz half breed would continue forward till he found Ayden. Once upon the young male he’d look him over and would be inwardly grinning as he approached the man announcing himself first by saying, “I mean you no harm.” Once upon the other he’d say, “You need to be aware that there are dangers lurking about here in demonic form.”

Looking back he’d watch as Shoken would approach (assuming he does so) and then Gallery would gesture to the other more human like male saying, “Looks like we have another one.” Looking around he’d ask, “Where is that idiot by the way?” He’d look to the woman assuming she came as well and would ask, “How many are we dealing with?” Rolling his shoulders he’d draw his magi-barrette and would aim out, observing shadows moving in the dense jungle as well the ruins themselves, sighing softly he exhales slowly before flipping off the safety switch of the pistol.

The explosion startled him he shook his head moving away from the direction the explosion happened at. Maybe another time he would seek out the scent today was not the day. He paused one of the scents coming closing towards his form. His eyes shifted over towards the male whom approached him, tilting his head he stared at the being. Taking note of everything about the males form before shifting his eyes elsewhere. "Demonic forms? This place smells different then demons." His eyes shifted back to there original color from the deep purple they once were. Times like this he wished he would have brought his weapons not sure what these other beings would do.

Swift blinked as the long green man looked to her, listening to his smart ass comment. Then blinking with a rather blank expression as he spoke of their tactics. Before smirking as he took off, flying. After looking around the area of darkness and flames, the woman jumped up. Like a boost, she jumped from that point then appeared. Landed next to the new guy, new guy she had felt before the others reached him. Landing softly and crouched a good five feet before him. She might of looked scary, but her voice was sweet and with no threat. "Hello. I am Swift.. Heheh. Your cute." After that was said, she brought her mask up to show him she was nearly normal. Plan face with hazel hues, a wink was gave. Then she moved the mask back and stepped to his side.

As she done this, Swift stopped to blink at the other two beings. Blinking and listening with no interest as they spoke. But as the elf man spoke of her being a idot, Swift's hand twitched. And a invisible force would flick the back of Galv's head. Only after did she speak like nothing happened. "We should head to my ship. I have weapons there we can use.. Plus. Easier for me to observe my art.. And I'm not a idiot. I knew what I was doing. Just thought it would go smoother.. Hm." As she spoke, her hand moved to grasp Aydens before guiding him towards the woods and towards her space ship.. Well. A small part of the large one in space. She was not forceful in her guiding this male to the ship. Finding oddly a connection to him. Which why she wanted to be close to him.. Not mentioning she was insane.

Shoken would maintain his elevated position as everyone gathered at one spot. Listening to the various bickering and snide remarks made in everyone else's direction. The Namekian didn't have time for it, there were more pressing things at stake. Besides, none of them had demonstrated the ability to make a decision using the slightest modicum of intelligence. As far as he was concerned they were all fools for disrupting these lands to the extent they already had. That being the case he was not here to judge anyone, rather he aimed to solve the problems at hand. Swift had a ship and it would be in all their best interests to head towards it. Anyone who didn't feel properly equipped to handle the threat could wait things out on the ship while the rest of them dealt with the threat in the ruins.

Looking over in Galvery's direction he would start to give orders. "There's too many to count. They're not all in one place either. Lets escort these two back to the ship and then figure things out from there." He said as he started to follow behind Swift and her new found friend. Maintaining his levitated position a few feet off the ground as he looked out for dark corners and blind spots. Any area that they could potentially be ambushed from. They still had not seen the enemy, and Shoken wanted to make sure they weren't ambushed at any point.

He listened to the others speak about a ship nearby and all the enemies around them not sure about the attack. There was many threats back home in his birth place nodding his head he made his decision. He defiantly didn't wish too board a ship? He narrowed his eyes at Shoken, purple sparked within his hues pursing his lips he shook his head. "I have never heard of this thing called a ship. Actually I think I will go back the way I came." Turning on heels he moved back away from the others not wishing for any contact with these not knowing if they was truly friendly or not. "Good luck with this." His words ran along Galvery's mind, as he walked away stepping over stones.

The demonic forces here in the ruins were beginning to culminate and collaborate, spreading the remainder throughout the vicinity; though, it would seem they had more intended then simply walk the material planes. The demons themselves were preparing there own summoning ritual within the confines of a larger decrepit temple. The ones that were outside still outnumbered the Namekian, Galvery, Swift and Ayden, whom had left the safety of the others. Galvery himself grumbled as he rubbed the back of his head from the cheap shot Swift took, but for the moment he said nothing an only gave her a glare. Looking back to Ayden he’d bite his bottom lip, seemingly concerned for the stranger as he left, but he’d soon look to the other two.

Sighing softly he’d say, “Why stand here and fight?” Rolling his shoulders he would look to the ground, kicking up a little dirt before continuing his protest by saying, “I mean there’s no reason for us to stand here and fight, plus potentially die when he can just leave. I have a ship as well just north of here.” Gesturing to Shoken he’d say, “You can fly.” Again he’d gesture but this time to Swift, “She has a ship.” Lowering his arms he’d shrugs as he says, “That other guy is obviously not interested in fighting either so I don’t see what’s the point.” Pointing his magi-beretta out he’d let out a shot as he begins to see one of the shadow creatures charge, but shoots a long display of old roots. A bullet would exit the barrel an a bullet casing is ejected out the chamber and it would spin for less then a millisecond before erupting into a miniature magic missile that would erupt upon contact to start a flame.

The flame would quickly spread to put a wall of fire between them and several demons that also cast enough light to keep them further at bay. In the meantime the one known as Ayden would get just far enough to where the demonic shadow creatures would feel it’s safe to attack him. Within seconds he is surrounded by these creature black as the abyss and eyes like blood, whom emit terrible snarling sounds that mimicking laughter.

After going a little distance away from the others he paused becoming uneasy about the spots around him. His eyes darted around looking at the surrounding things around him his eyes flashed purple. In a large cloud of purplish-grey smoke he shifted into his cat form, his wings spreading. With a large thrust of his wings he took off into the air heading as far as he thought these demonic things wouldn't reach him. Hovering in the air he glanced down at the ground a low growl in his throat. He hated this form, being forced to flee up into the clouds in this made him sick.

"What the.." He thought to himself looking back towards the others, shifting around he glided through the air heading back towards the others. In a tight circle he flew around each person below watching what they would do. His black wings gently pressed against the air, his long tail flicked out behind him in agitation.

Swift ignored the others, moving from a walk to a jog that moved about fifty miles a hour. Towards the clearing where her ship was, not even looking back. But for once at the cat with wings, finding herself smirking at this sight. The warrior did not care what the others thought of her. Swift had came here for a reason, had summoned them for a reason. And the more they thought her naive, the better she could get what was needed done. It took her no time at all to reach her ship, the shield for the cloaking device deactivating and the door opening with stairs going down to touch the earth. Once she walked into what seemed a semi large metal room with weapons, blades, and more connected to shelves and in cabnets. The front held four chairs then two for the pilots. A table was in the middle of the metal weapon filled room.

Wasting no time to remove the bag then her helmet, revealing pale flesh pink lips. Then pure onyx eyes, leaving no whites to show. Though she paid no attention if any had came into that of the room, no instead. Swift took out the gem and placed it in the middle of the table. It glowing slightly, knowing it wouldn't take long for the shadows to release they need the book and stone to summon. In which, she would move over pick the book up with her fire covered hand. And watch it burn before tossing it in a empty bin to watch, letting the flames on her hand go out. Now, now Swift only needed to wait for them to come for her and the gem. Then would she kill all but one. That one was all that was needed. Needed to get her answers.

Shoken would grunt at the escalating situation. Watching Swift make for her own ship with great haste, and the one named Ayden leaving as quickly as he came. Unfortunately escape would elude that man as demons swarmed around him. Luckily it appeared he was capable of taking care of himself for the time being. Focusing on the issue in front of him the Namek would turn to look at Galvery. "We could very easily make our escape, but that would mean these creatures would go unchecked in these lands. Who knows how far their terror could spread. To nearby villages and towns, and who would be there to stop them? If you want to make a run for it I won't hold it against you, but I'm ending this now."

With that declaration the Namekian's battle power would suddenly surge. Turning to face the demon's that were gathering around them he would plant both of his feet on the ground. Letting out a fierce battle cry as the ground started to splinter around him. A large aura of green flames engulfing his frame as he gathered his energy. Green orbs of energy would begin to swirl around the palms of his hands, and after a few moments he would begin to alternate the extension of both of his arms towards the various locations of the demons that surrounded them, similar to how one would throw a jab though he kept his palm open. Green ki blasts would be launched in the direction his open palm faced. Though he couldn't see the demons in the darkness he could sense their presence with enough clarity to get a general idea of where they were located. So the ki blasts would either directly hit their mark or land fairly close by, in either event resulting in a large explosion.

After a few moments of launching energy attacks the Namek would suddenly stop to survey the battlefield. Large clouds of dust and debris would now be scattered in the distance. He would begin to do another mental scan of the area as he was curious as to how many creatures were now left, and if they had been effected by the ki blasts at all. He would keep his hips bent as he sunk into a defensive stance, wondering if they were preparing to counter attack.

Observing the Namekian's power at work his eyes go wide in wonder and then he would look back to the demons at hand that threaten the newcomer Ayden. Sure. He hasaid very little combat experience or skill for that matter of fact, but he still had power and his Drilpi-Cordziz anatomy made him more than a match for a demon or even a group of demons so long as they weren't outside his own caliber. As astonishing as the green Titan was Galvery could not stand around an observe, though as much as he'd want to for learning purposes the young half-Breen would push up off the ground with incredible strength kin to his kind or at least half of what is his kind. The young lad would be launched into the air as if he had a rocket strapped to his back, breaking through gravities' limitations he'd travel at least a fifty feet into the air before landing in front of the young man Ayden.

Landing safely some few yards ahead the ground would quake and quiver with the impacting force of the Elementian, creating an imprint of his bodies' mass. Pulling from its holster he draws forth the magi-beretta an unloads a few rounds that spiral in the direction the demons, though not directly towards them but at the ground before them. The incantations etched into the mithril bullets would ignite with magic and tumble into miniature magic missiles that upon contact with the foliage would ignite into flames. Fyre that is the magical kind would rage with brilliance along as mana is induced to saturate the surrounding area from the blaze. A blue aura would form that attracts the blaze further towards the demonic shadow creatures to illuminate further with arcane lighting. Looking moderately surprised by the happenings the extraterrestrial human would turn to grasp Ayden by the wrist, if allowed of course, then he’d run with the lad at his side for the forest.

Sure there was that whole hero thing, but right now he had to worry about survival over “helping the innocent” and he’d lead the other male away towards his much smaller vessel The Morph. Once upon it the actual intelligence of the ship would activate an open the cockpit where he’d gesture saying, “Get inside.
